istory will one day remember that France, assisted by the USA, was the frst Member State nation of the United Nations Organization to intervene over Libya on 19 March 2011. Very soon joined by Britain and Canada in the nascent UN-backed coalition of willing nations hastily organized to help the Libyan people topple Colonel Kadhaf’s more than four decade long dictature.
